The Personnel Group Ltd (TPG), established in 1986, is a non-profit organisation whose purpose is to foster workforce diversity and secure jobs for disadvantaged jobseekers.
TPG employs 70 staff across seven offices in three regions – the Riverina, North East Victoria and the Murrumbidgee Irrigator Area.
Our dedicated staff work closely with our communities to provide a quality service to jobseekers and employers.
TPG takes pride in promoting workforce diversity to employers and providing long-term employment for jobseekers that experience disadvantage in securing and maintaining work.
Since 1986 TPG has successfully assisted more than 2000 men and women to achieve their employment goals.
As well as assisting disadvantaged jobseekers, TPG also operates a private recruitment agency – Personnel Recruitment. This service has proven popular with employers by meeting their workforce needs which can range from unskilled roles through to executive appointments.
