Strategic Plan

The 2010 -2013 strategic plan for The Personnel Group sets the foundation for enhancing its role as a holistic provider focusing on 'long term sustainable employment for people who may experience disadvantage in finding quality work'.

The direction of The Personnel Group during the next three years has been carefully planned by the board, management and staff of TPG.  As a result, the future direction of TPG during the next three years will address five key result areas:

• Business development and strategic partnerships
• Increased community awareness and education
• Business performance
• Employer of choice
• Governance

These areas will be the strategic focus for The Personnel Group as it continues to be responsive to the need of its clients whilst remaining a viable company.
